JOSHUA TREE // MIDCENTURY PREFAB HOMESTEADER CABIN
Spent a couple days in Joshua tree this week for a project and finally got to stay in this lovely midcentury prefab homesteader cabin. I had this house pinned on list for a while now and the timing of it all just simply worked out. I went out with my good friend lonna and simply got lost in the world of this place. The photos will really say it all. I don't think I ever stopped saying how much I was in love with this whole experience.
Brought along with me, some of my favorite homemade vegan spiced granola for an early morning treat. I made it the night before and adjusted the original recipe to fit a bit to add a little October into the mix. This time I added pumpkin seeds and Pecans and used steel cut oats instead. I also topped with diced apple and banana.

Check out this amazing little retreat and stay here! Joshua tree is in the top five of favorite places. You will not regret it one bit.
