A Healthy Fall Gathering Featuring Chelsea Rose Health

Tis the season to gather.  That's what I like most about the fall. Yet another reason to set the table, jump in the kitchen and try out some new seasonal recipes.  On this occasion, I spent the afternoon with fitness and health guru Chelsey Rose, browsing the the farmers market, testing out some new recipes and setting a simple sleek fall table.  I am overjoyed to be working with this beauty, bringing some simple and healthy , seasonal appetizers your way.  The perfect collection of snacks for a weekend gathering with friends.  

Lets Talk about this Table-Setting--

Inspired by the clean, bright aesthetic of Chelsey Rose Health-- we went non-traditional with this table-setting.  I always love the opportunity to create something outside of myself.  With bright white linens, light grey napkins, off white baby roses and of course some pale pumpkins, we have a beautiful minimalistic fall table.  The key to this table setting however, was the addition of the simple squash blossom.  Not an obvious addition, but a special farmers market find that completes this layout.   It's the small details that matter-- always keep an eye out for that finishing touch, that will be right in front go your eyes.
