A simple fall gathering filled with veggies and greens. I know this season is usually filled with roasted birds, gravy and mash -- but this doesn't mean you can't change it up and try out something new.

A few weeks back I got to collaborate with my favorite two chefs -- Nicole + Günter Simbürger on this backyard gathering and it was a beauty. Set against the billowing bamboo and lush greens of southern Florida-- with pumpkin ravioli, a butternut squash galette and many more vegetarian treats, it was one of my favorite meals this season.
